Why so serious?

Rebecca Black, the new youtube sensation has obviously taken the catchphrase (from the Dark Knight) 'why so serious?' to a whole new level. Frankly the last thing that I wanted to do was advertise her song but we couldn't quite figure out whether this was a joke or the lyrics had deep meaningful subliminal messages. Either way the youtube phenomenon has the whole world in a fog.

Right from the start Rebecca captures our attention with her abnormal lifestyle, who would've guessed people walked down the stairs or ate a bowl of cereal for breakfast? Wow, she really is something. However she can save her lifestory for someone who cares the annotation, complex sentences and intricate details for her English teachers. Throughout the entire video she makes some serious life changing decisions such as, what seat she should take in the car that her 5 year old friend seems to be driving. This could be just a means of attempt to enhance the laws of the country or to merely encourage underage youngsters to drive cars. Either way it enables us to explore the safety precautions as all of them  none of them appear to be wearing seatbelts.

Take a chill pill she's only teaching kids to relax and enjoy Fridays by going to parties and causing a few car accidents. She does however, teach the youth some of the days of the week. Oh well, any publicity is good publicity...well not so much in this case.

Hands down, my favourite part of the song is when the man who looks like a larger verision of Usher raps a little with almost the same lyrics as she does throughout the entire song. He may not be wearing a seatbelt but he sure looks old enough to drive maybe even too old - he may need to get his driving license renewed... Nonetheless he looks cool and we're reminded again that it's Friday and Rebecca is looking forward to the weekend. Feel a slight pattern forming? Her broad vocabulary and variety of sentences are very impressive.

Someone may need to tell her that it's not actually Friday and there are other days of the week besides, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Other than that we can't wait for Friday so we can rave it up with Rebecca, we can only imagine how hardcore that would be - I'm sure we'd have fun fun fun fun. YEAH.
